IED Explosion Kills 3, Wounds 9 At Busy Junction In Mogadishu
[RADIOSHABELLE] At least three people were confirmed dead and 9 others maimed in an kaboom in Somalia capital, Mogadishu on Wednesday night, a security official said.Confirming the incident, Abdulaziz Ali Ibrahim, the front man of Somalia’s ministry of security said the blast has resulted from a remote-controlled landmine at San’a junction. "The kaboom was caused by an bomb planted in a business area along the roadside which killed 3 civilians and injured 9 others," said Ibrahim. He has accused Al-Shabaab ...  Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda...of being behind the attack, adding that Somali security forces are investigating the incident, which was the latest in such bombings in the capital. Al-Shabaab, a bully boy group allied with Al Qaeda has been pushed out of Mogadishu 2011, but, the snuffies are still capable of carrying out attacks and killings in the seaside city.
