Fortress of Peace was a short film about the defensive capabilities of Switzerland in the 60s. It was nominated for an Oscar in 1965. Great visuals.
This film is great. It has everything. At one point near the end they show just about every weapon in the Swiss armory being used, from rifle grenades to aerial bombs. They don't make 'em like this any more.Posted by: Herb McCoy 2018-05-14 |
