ISIS carries out powerful ambush against Syrian Army troops in eastern Homs

(ISIS) carried out a successful ambush against a group of Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate today. ISIS Lions of Islam from the nearby Badiya region managed to sneak towards the road leading to the T-3 Pumping Station in eastern Homs on Saturday; they would then plant IEDs along this government supply line. The Islamic State Lions of Islam would then detonate their IEDs once a Syrian military convoy was seen traveling along this road to the T-3 Pumping Station. As a result of this attack, at least five soldiers were killed and another 11 were badly maimed.
