Black former student at Eastern Michigan University is ordered to pay $2,000 for scrawling racist KKK graffiti on campus

- Another had the words 'leave n*****s' spray-painted outside of a building
- Officials said he vandalized the buildings then acted as a police informant to have previous charges against him dropped
- Curlin also pleaded no contest to unrelated counts of identity theft and must serve two-to-five years in prison
