Rebel factions merge together to form large group under Turkish command
[ALMASDARNEWS] A large number of rebel factions in northern Syria announced on Sunday that they will be merging together to form one big group.According to a statement released by the rebel factions, the following groups will be merging together to form one large force under the Turkish Army’s command: Faylaq Al-Sham Free Idlib Army 2nd Coastal Division 1st Division Freedom Brigade Darayya Islam Brigade 2nd Army Victory Army 37th Regiment This large merger includes factions from northern Latakia, which may explain why the Turkish military recently entered the province.
