Taliban and police suffer casualties in Uruzgan airstrike
[Khaama Press] At least ten people including three coppers and seven Talibs were killed in the Arclight airstrike conducted in southern Uruzgan province of Afghanistan.

According to the provincial council members, the airstrike was carried out in the vicinity of Chora district late on Monday night.

A provincial council member Hayatullah Fazli confirmed that three coppers bit the dust in an airstrike in Chora district late on Monday.

Fazli further added that the airstrike also left at least seven Talibs dead.

On the other hand, the Taliban group claims that seventeen check posts collapsed into the hands of the Taliban fighters during a clash in Chora district.

Taliban front man Zabiullah Mujahid claims that several security personnel belonging to army, police, and militia forces were killed during the festivities.
