Head of a voter registration center among 2 killed in Baghlan explosion
 [Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least two people including the head of a voter registration center was killed in an kaboom in an kaboom in northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan. According to the local officials, the incident took at around 11 am today in the outskirts of Puli Khumri city. A Spokesman for the provincial security commandment Zabiullah Shuja confirmed the incident and said at least two people were killed and two others were maimed in the kaboom.
