[Washington Examiner] Rudy Giuliani doesn't regret saying that FBI agents and federal prosecutors involved in the Trump-Russia investigation were "wackadoodles" who cried when Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election and require psychiatric assessments."I'm sorry but I had to put prosecutors, not FBI agents but other law enforcement, in jail when I was a prosecutor," Giuliani said Sunday during an interview on CNN's "State of the Union" of the remarks he made Saturday to a crowd of supporters. "The ones I was talking about were instances where people were described as crying when Hillary lost," he continued. "I said if you're an FBI agent or prosecutor that's crying and you work for me, I'm sorry, I would send you for a mental evaluation.
