Syrian Air Force hits ISIS hard in southeast Homs
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) has stepped up their  s over the southeastern countryside of the Homs Governorate recently, targeting several areas controlled by the so-called Islamic State...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (ISIS). Earlier this afternoon, the Syrian Air Force carried out a number of airstrikes near the T-2 Pumping Station, inflicting heavy damage on the terrorist group’s defenses. According to a military report from nearby Deir Ezzor, the Syrian Air Force has been working overtime, today, after the Islamic State carried out a number of attacks in the surrounding areas of the T-2 and T-3 pumping stations. While ISIS is mostly confined the desert, they often head towards the Syrian Army’s lines at night in order to carry out powerful attacks before retreating back into the desert.
