American officials in Cairo to discuss potential Palestinian-Israeli peace deal

's Middle East team has arrived in Cairo to continue discussing schemes for a potential Paleostinian-Israeli peace deal, Egyptian airport sources confirmed to Ahram Online. Senior Advisor Jared Kushner and US Envoy Jason Greenblatt will reportedly meet with Egyptian officials later on Thursday. The American officials are also expected to meet with President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, however the Egyptian president’s team has not yet announced if or when the meeting will take place. This meeting comes as part of a Middle Eastern tour conducted by the U.S. Middle East team, which was organized to discuss a potential peace deal between Paleostine and Israel with various Arab leaders. The team met with Jordan's King Abdullah II on Tuesday and with Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman. The team is expected to visit Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world.
