Saudi oil supplies grew by around 500,000 barrels per day in June, reaching nearly 10.5 million bpd as the world's top crude exporter pushed hard to make good on its promises to tame oil prices. That's a significant increase from just over 10 million bpd in May. Oil prices are approaching $80 a barrel for the first time since 2014, stoking concerns among major consumers, particularly in the auto-dependent US.
