Afghan forces arrest Taliban’s shadow governor for Panjshir province
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan National Defense and security Forces have nabbed... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... the shadow governor of the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... group for the northern Panjshir province of Afghanistan. Provincial Security Chief Najamullah Rezaye said the shadow governor of the Taliban for Panjshir was arrested during an operation late on Tuesday night. He said the detained Taliban leader has been identified as Agha Mir and was arrested from the vicinity of Aabshar district of the province. Rezaye further added that the shadow governor of Taliban was arrested during an operation launched in response to an attack by the Talibs on Aabshar district. According to Rezaye, at least two non-combatants were killed during the attack by the Talibs late last night.
