Security forces detain nine alleged IS recruiters in Kaliningrad
 [ALMASDARNEWS] Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) released footage on Wednesday, showing the detention of nine alleged recruiters of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL), who were reportedly distributing Islamic literature in Kaliningrad.
