Syrian army thwarts terrorist attack north of Hama Province
 Hama (Syria News) Syrian army troops managed, on Saturday, to foil a terrorist attack on al-Zilaqiat area, in the northern countryside of Hama Province.The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that terrorist groups belong to al-Nusra ...formally Jabhat an-Nusrah li-Ahli al-Sham (Support Front for the People of the Levant), also known as al-Qaeda in the Levant. They aim to establish a pan-Arab caliphate. Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ... Front and its allied militias attacked the area of al-Zilaqiat, in the northern countryside of Hama Province.
