Ten people shot in rampage at Manchester street party – gunman on the run
 But, but, guns are prohibited in Ol' Blighty!Police were alerted to the shooting at about 2.30am on Sunday morning after shots were heard on Claremont Road. A "large number" of armed and unarmed officers raced to the street where they found several people suffering from gunshot wounds. It happened after the popular Caribbean Carnival of Manchester took place on Saturday. Paramedics took the victims ‐ including two children ‐ to a nearby hospital where they are being treated for minor and critical injuries.
