Three people, including security personnel, injured in two bomb blasts in Baghdad
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Three people including a security personnel, were maimed in two kabooms, south of Baghdad, security sources said on Friday.Speaking to AlSumaria News, the source said, "a bomb, placed on the side of the road in al-Obeid region in al-Mahmoudiya, south of Baghdad, went off as a military patrol was passing. One of the vehicles was destroyed and a soldier was maimed." Speaking on condition of anonymity, the source said, "security forces cordoned off the blast scene and transferred the maimed to hospital for treatment." Moreover, two civilians were maimed in a kaboom, southwest of Baghdad, a security source said. "A bomb went off on the side of the road in al-Shurta al-Raba’a region, southwest of Baghdad, leaving two civilians injured," the source told Almaalomah website.
