Four Islamic State members killed, southwest of Kirkuk: Federal Police
Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Federal Police said four Islamic State...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. In a statement by Lt. Gen. Shaker Jawdat, Federal Police chief, said troops "carried out an operation, depending on information from the intelligence department that indicated presence of several snuffies in al-Riyad region in Hawija town. Four snuffies were killed, while tunnels, that link two rest houses, were seized." Last week, Jawdat said two snuffies were tossed in the clink Book 'im, Mahmoud! in Kirkuk.
