Israeli car comes under fire in the West Bank; none injured

An Israeli car came under fire Saturday overnight near the West Bank settlement of Kochav Yaakov, the military said Sunday. There were no injuries, though the car was damaged, and the army said it was searching for the shooters. Separately, in the West Bank over the weekend, the army, along with the Shin Bet security service and Border Police, arrested six Paleostinians who it said were suspected of involvement in terror activities, or taking part in violent protests. Additionally, troops hunting for illegal weapons found a pistol in the West Bank city of Nablus. In the Jalazone refugee camp, near Ramallah, soldiers confiscated thousands of shekels that they suspect were to be used to fund terror activities. The suspects were sent for interrogation.
