US-backed forces break into ISIL’s last Euphrates stronghold – map & video
[AlMasdar] 2018-09-14 (6:30 A.M.) ‐ The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) scored a major advance in the Deir Ezzor Governorate this week after restarting their operations in the Euphrates River Valley.

"On September 10th, the SDF began to advance from 4 different fronts towards the areas controlled by the ISIS terrorist organization such an as Hajin, al-Susa, al-Shafa and the neighboring villages."

Backed by heavy Arclight airstrikes from the French and US air forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces made a significant push into the town of Baghouz Fouqani on Wednesday after finally cracking the Islamic State

They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. The SDF was able to break through the first line of the Islamic State’s defenses and advance about 3 km into their Euphrates Valley stronghold. In this area, a number of military points were seized and destroyed from the Islamic State, the SDF’s media added.

On the al-Kasrah axis, the SDF had advanced about 6 km within the first two days.
