Close Shave In Boston
I was on Morrissey Boulevard (about 1/2 mile south of the former Boston Globe HQ) at 11:15 yesterday morning when I saw this nut fly up on me and basically started tailgating me. Granted, I came onto it a little hot off of Exit 14 North off of I-93 (downhill slope, slight rain for weather), then I looked back & saw the guy speaking into one of those handheld radio thingies, and I'm like 'I'm not even speeding (much)!' So I switch from the middle lane to the right lane, figuring he was going to hit his blues any second and pull me over for something, but he took off into the other lanes a few seconds later. Here's why he was on me, apparently running my plate (my cop roommate confirmed this when I told him the story): "Police are still searching for the gray Toyota Corolla that Allen Warner drove away in on Monday night."
