Putin: EU politicians encourage migration by offering large social benefits

The flow of migrants arriving in European countries is unlikely to stop until the EU changes its policies, which actively "encourage" immigration today, the Russian President noted after a meeting with Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Moscow. The EU should address immigration and not expect the problem to somehow fix itself. If you encourage migration with the help of large social benefits and other bonuses, why would the flow ever cease?
