[Universal Hub] - WBZ reports a woman was dragged by the SUV that hit her on Kneeland Street around 1:40 a.m. to Columbia Road in Uphams Corner. A man was also hit, but not dragged.Xiao Ying Zhou, 44, a massage therapist from Sandwich, will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court today on two counts of leaving the scene of a collision causing personal injury, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office report.
