Turkish military convoy enters northwest Syria after jihadists refuse to leave Idlib buffer zone
[ALMASDARNEWS] A large Ottoman Turkish military convoy entered northwest Syria from the Hatay Province this morning, opposition activists reported via social media.

According to the reports, the Ottoman Turkish military sent more than ten armored vehicles through the Bab al-Hawa Crossing in northern Idlib.

Furthermore, the Ottoman Turkish military convoy was reportedly escorted by a large number of fighters from the Free Syrian Army

’s (FSA) al-Sham Corps.

The Ottoman Turkish military convoy traveled to their observation posts near the Syrian Arab Army’s front-lines in the Idlib and Hama provinces.

This move by the Ottoman Turkish military comes just 24 hours after the jihadist rebels refused to leave the designated buffer zone in the Idlib, Aleppo, Latakia, and Hama governorates.

The Ottoman Turkish military will likely attempt to convince the jihadist rebels to leave the buffer zone before the Russian and Syrian forces decide to launch an operation to expel them from the region.
