HTS, Ahrar Al-Sham launch major security operation in Idlib
[ALMASDARNEWS] The jihadist and Salafist tough guys in the Idlib Governorate launched a large-scale security operation this week to identify and destroy sleeper cells belonging to the Islamic State...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (ISIS) terrorist organization. Led by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham  and Harakat Ahrar al-Sham...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State. Their leadership was wiped out at a single blow by a suicide kaboom at a crowded basement meeting in September, 2014... , the jihadist rebels stormed and captured an Islamic State command-and-control center inside of Idlib city this morning. According to pro-opposition activists via social media, the rebel groups tossed in the calaboose Keep yer hands where we can see 'em, if yez please! two Islamic State fighters and killed three others that refused to surrender to their forces in Idlib city. Furthermore, the HTS security forces managed to seize a large quantity of weapons and explosives that were located inside the building used by the Islamic State fighters. Meanwhile, ...back at the pie fight, Bella went down under the weight of the custard... inside the town of Ariha, Ahrar al-Sham stormed the Islamic State’s main hideout that is located near the electronic substation. Pro-opposition activists claimed that intense festivities would breakout between ISIS and Ahrar al-Sham’s security forces, resulting in casualties for both parties. Some of the Islamic State hard boyz refused to surrender and chose to detonate their boom jackets instead, the activists added. This large-scale security operation in the Idlib Governorate was launched this week in response to the string of liquidations that targeted Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s command.
