Catalonia launches "Council of the Republic" in exile
[PRESSTV] In Catalonia, the separatist government of Quim Torra has inaugurated 'The Council of the Republic in exile", an organization headed by fugitive former president Carles Puigdemont. It aims to promote the Catalan cause abroad after the failed independence declaration last year. The announcement was made public last week in Waterloo after two main pro-independence parties managed to overcome their differences over who will be in charge of the organization and how it should operate.
