Iraqi soldier, civilians killed in two bomb blasts, northeast of Diyala
Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Three people were killed, including a soldier, in two kabooms, northeast of Diyala, a local official said on Saturday.In press remarks, Mohammed al-Obeidi, head of the municipal council of Udhaim town, said "a bomb went off while a vehicle was passing near a village at the outskirts of Udahim, northeast of Diyala. A farmer and his son, who were on board of the vehicle, were killed." Military troops, according to Obeidi, "combed the region, when another bomb went off killing one of the soldiers."
