High ranking Saudi Al-Qaeda commander assassinated in Idlib
[ALMASDARNEWS] A high ranking commander from an al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria was assassinated in northwestern Syria this week.According to opposition activists via social media, the commander of the al-Qaeda affiliate "Harakat Ansar al-Deen" was assassinated this week when an unknown assailant opened fire and killed him outside his home in the Jisr al-Shughour countryside. The commander was identified as "Abu ’Abdullah al-Muhajer"; he is a Saudi national that has been jihading in Syria force several years.
