The army "intensified its shelling against Islamic State convoys coming from Syria toward Iraq," he added. On Wednesday, a security source was quoted saying that common borders between Iraq and Syria is completely secured and that Iraq has no intentions to carry out any military operations in Syria, however, they received orders to respond to any terrorist attack.
