Arab League holds emergency meeting over Gaza in Cairo
[ALMASDARNEWS] An extraordinary meeting of the Arab League...an organization of Arabic-speaking states with 22 member countries and four observers. The League tries to achieve Arab consensus on issues, which usually leaves them doing nothing but a bit of grimacing and mustache cursing... was held in Cairo on Thursday, to discuss the latest developments in Gazoo. The meeting, which was attended by the organization’s permanent representatives, had been requested by the Paleostinian leadership. Members called for an immediate halt to Israel’s military action and an end to violence, with Paleostinian ambassador in Egypt Diab al Louh noting that Israeli actions left 14 people killed and 36 maimed.
