US-backed forces resume offensive against Daesh in southeast Deir Ezzor
[ALMASDARNEWS] The U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) resumed their field operations inside the southeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on Friday.

Backed by heavy artillery and Arclight airstrikes from the U.S. and French forces, the SDF attacked the Islamic State

They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....

No advances have been reported by the U.S.-backed forces as of yet.

The resumption of SDF’s offensive, today, comes just days after reinforcements arrived in the Deir Ezzor Governorate from the northeastern province of al-Hasakah.
