Suspect detained in deadly Thai market bombing
 [Bangkok Post] One of four men suspected in the fatal shooting of two defense volunteers and a deputy village chief in Thepha district of Songkhla province on Sunday has been arrested. Thai security officers on Tuesday searched suspected hideouts of the culprits behind the shooting at a market in tambon Tha Muang on November 25, and arrested one suspect at a house in Sabayoi district. Dolromae Sani was apprehended and sent to a military base in Pattani for questioning, according to a security officer. Police said the attack happened at a weekend market in Ban Huay Pling village on Sunday evening. Defense volunteers Krisada Ti-idayor and Jaran Chanthamunee, together with Abdulloh Yeeman, deputy head of Ban Hua Plinkg, were all shot and killed. Authorities said four armed men are believed to have carried out the attack. Earlier reports described the victims as two paramilitary rangers and one deputy village chief.
