World: Are Muslim Nations Doing Enough For Tsunami Relief Efforts?
Accusations by a Kuwaiti newspaper that rich Muslim countries are doing too little to aid tsunami victims has provoked a debate throughout the Gulf region and beyond about whether Muslims are being stingy in the face of suffering -- compared to non-Muslim Europeans and Americans who are rushing to donate for relief efforts.
