Iran ‘ready’ for joint anti-terror operation after deadly ambush in Pakistan
[PRESSTV] Iran says it is fully ready for joint anti-terror operations with neighboring Pakistain after gunnies killed six Pak troops in an ambush near their joint border Friday.Foreign Ministry front man Bahram Qassemi strongly condemned the attack on a border checkpoint in Pakistain's Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... province. He also expressed condolences to the Pak government and people as well as the families of the victims and those maimed in the terrorist attack. The Islamic Theocratic Republicof Iran, Qassemi said, is fully ready to take part in any joint campaign "against the evil phenomenon of terrorism in all its forms and shapes in the region," IRNA reported. Six Pak soldiers were killed when a paramilitary convoy came under attack by button men during a routine patrol in the mountainous district of Kech on Friday. Pakistain authorities said some 30 turbans attacked the Frontier Corps ...a provincial paramilitary force. Total manpower is about 80,000.
