Jihadist rebels allegedly launch new attack on southern Afrin
[ALMASDARNEWS] The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham allegedly launched a new attack, today, on the southern countryside of the Afrin region.According to local activists in the Aleppo province, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham attacked the defenses of the No advances have been confirmed as of yet, but some opposition activists claim Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham is advancing through the area. If these reports prove true, this will go against the claims that Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham had vowed to not attack the Afrin region or expand any further into rebel-held Aleppo.
