7 Taliban killed in Afghan, Coalition Forces operations in South of Afghanistan
[KhaamaPress] At least seven Talibs have been killed during the separate operations of the Afghan and Coalition Forces in three southern provinces of the country.Informed military sources confirm that a coalition air strike in Shah Joy district of Zabul killed 2 known Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... bomb controllers and attack coordinators. The sources further added that the Afghan Special Operations Forces conducted a raid in Tarin Kot city of Uruzgan province, killing 2 Taliban fighters. In the meantime, Coalition air strikes in Nahr-e Saraj and Garm Ser districts of Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... n left 3 Taliban fighters dead while a weapons cache was also destroyed.
