Two Iraqi policemen killed in armed attack by Islamic State on Diyala security checkpoint

Speaking to Mawazin News, the source said that "Islamic State holy warriors attacked a security checkpoint on the outskirts of Khanaqin district in northeastern Diyala." According to the source, two coppers were killed as a result of the attack. Ambulances carried the bodies into the forensic medicine department, the source added.
