IS militants shoot two Iraqi civilians dead in Kirkuk
Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) ‐ Two Iraqi non-combatants were killed Sunday in an armed attack by Islamic State...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... in the oil-rich province of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... a security source was quoted as saying. Speaking to al-Madar News TV channel, the source said that IS bully boyz shot up two civilians in al-Rashad district, southwest of Kirkuk, in the wee hours of Sunday, leaving the pair dead. The source added that the security forces cordoned off the scene and started a search operation for the IS bully boyz behind the attack. The two bodies were moved to the forensic medicine department, according to the source. Kirkuk officials previously urged reinforcing military troops in the south and west of the province, as the region still has Islamic State members who escaped during liberation of Hawija to remote areas.
