Child among 3 killed in Kandahar roadside bomb explosion
[KhaamaPress] At least three civilians including a child were killed in an kaboom triggered an improvised bomb in southern Kandahar province of Afghanistan.Provincial Police Chief Gen. Tadin Khan in a statement said the incident has taken place in the vicinity of Daman district. He said an improvised bomb which was planted on a roadside went off leaving three civilians dead including two men and a child. No individual or group has so far grabbed credit behind the incident but Gen. Tadin Khan blames Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... for the incident. The Talibs often use improvised bomb as the weapon of their choice to target the security forces and government officials but in majority of such attacks ordinary civilians are targeted.
