SDF troops suffer heavy casualties after convoy comes under attack in Raqqa
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) came under heavy attack last night when a group of unknown assailants targeted their military convoy inside the lovely provincial capital of al-Raqqa.According to a report from Raqqa city, an SDF military convoy consisting of five vehicles was moving through the Municipal Stadium area of the lovely provincial capital when the unknown assailants detonated their IEDs last night. The report said that as a result of this IED attack, at least seven fighters from the Syrian Democratic Forces were killed and several others were badly maimed. The military report would add that an ammunition truck belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces was also destroyed during last night’s attack.
