Eight Policemen Killed As Clashes Intensity In North
[ToloNews] At least eight security force members, including six local police and two members of the Afghan police, were killed in a Taliban...Arabic for students... attack in Sholgara district in the northern Balkh province on Monday night, the provincial police confirmed. The incident occurred in Sheikh Ali village in Sholgara district when the security forces were patrolling the area and was targeted by a rocket attack by the Taliban, a front man for Balkh police, Adil Shah Adil, said. Adil said four police force members were maimed in the attack. Taliban also suffered casualties in the attack, he said. Taliban has not commented on the incident.
