Biden breaks his silence on Creepy Joe scandal
- [Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Joe Biden broke his silence on the 'inappropriate touching' scandal
- The former vice president said he's made women and men 'uncomfortable'
- He noted he's 'tried to make a human connection'
- He vowed to change going forward
- 'I will be more mindful and respectful of people's personal space and that is a good thing,' Biden said in a video posted to his Twitter page
- But his two minute video did not contain an apology to the women who said they were made uncomfortable by his hugs and kisses
- In total, four women have now gone public with claims that Biden’s physical behavior with them made them uncomfortable
- President Donald Trump was asked about Biden's explanation at the White House on Wednesday and merely said: 'I wish him luck'
