Starhopper completed tethered hop. All systems green.

| This is just one engine on a quasi-second stage. Initial rockets will have 31 of these on the first stage and maybe 8 on the 2nd stage. For Mars first stage will likely have 41 or so engines. Both of these cameras were on the tip of South Padre Island looking south toward Boca-Chica and the mouth of the Rio Grande river. It should be panic time for the SLS (Senate Launch System) rocket made in all 50 states — it's just missed more deadlines and Musk is on his way to a rocket to carry 100 people to Mars or launch 600-900 of his network sats at a time. |
