Afghan Special Forces destroy Taliban prison, arms and explosives depots in Kunduz
[KhaamaPress] The Afghan Special Forces have destroyed a Taliban...Arabic for students... prison and depots containing weapons, munitions, and explosives in northern Kunduz province. The 209th Shaheen Corps in a statement said the raid was condcuted late on Monday night in the vicinity of 4th police district of Kunduz city. The statement further added that the raid was conducted Special Forces of the Afghan army and Afghan intelligence. Several improvised bombs and equipment used in boom jackets were also destroyed during the operation, the 209th Shaheen Corps added in its statement. The anti-government armed holy warriors including Taliban have not commented regarding the operation so far. Kunduz is among the relatively volatile provinces in North of Afghanistan where Taliban have active presence in some of its districts and often attempt to carry out attacks against the government and security institutions.
