Bomb injures four policemen in southern Thailand
[Bernama] A homemade bomb triggered by a walkie-talkie blew up near a police station in Pattani province on Friday, injuring four policemen and a female bystander. Police spokesman Sompop Boonjan said the 10-kg bomb attached to a motorcycle about 400 meters from the police station was triggered at 11:30am as a police pickup truck passed by on its way to Napradu. The blast caused the truck to crash into a ditch and four of the six policemen in it were injured. A 65-year-old woman who was passing by was also wounded, he added. Posted by: ryuge 2019-04-14 |
