Turkish warplanes enter Syrian airspace for 2nd time this week
[ALMASDARNEWS] For the second time this week, the Ottoman Turkish Air Force has entered Syrian airspace and flown south towards the demilitarized zone in southern Idlib.

According to a Syrian military source in Hama, the Ottoman Turkish Air Force traveled across the demilitarized zone where they observed the ongoing situation in the Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo governorates.

The Ottoman Turkish Air Force has been conducting these overflights as part of their agreement with the Russian military to enforce the September 17th Sochi Agreement.

However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
despite these patrols by both the Russian and Ottoman Turkish armed forces, the situation in the demilitarized zone still remains very tense, with both the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and holy warriors trading attacks.

As of now, the Ottoman Turkish military has 12 observation posts in the Latakia, Aleppo, Hama, and Idlib governorates; these are viewed by the Syrian military as an attempt by Ankara to stop their advance in northwestern Syria.
