The anti-government armed turbans including Talibs have not commented regarding the arrest of their group leader so far.

Baghlan is among the relatively volatile provinces in North of Afghanistan where Talibs have presence in some of its remote districts and often attempt to carry out terrorist related activities against the government and security institutions.
