Tanker explodes
 An oil tanker carrying jet fuel for US-led coalition forces in Afghanistan exploded in Chaman after it caught fire on Monday, an official said. A hotel was also partially damaged but there were no casualties in the incident. Witnesses said it was a bomb explosion and two people were injured seriously. The oil tanker was parked at the Kargil Shahidan hotel and was soon to leave for Kandahar.Posted by: Fred 2005-01-18 |
