JeM chief Masood Azhar added to UN terror list after China removes objections

In 2002 the government of Pervez Musharraf bannedthe group, which changed its name to Khaddam ul-Islam and continued doing what it had been doing before without missing a beat... (JeM) leader Masood Azhar on its global terror list after China removed its objection to his listing. The committee on the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... and al-Qaeda announced in a blurb the designation of Azhar over his organization's ties to al-Qaeda. India had been seeking Azhar’s listing since 2016, but the latest push came after the Feb 14 Pulwama attack on the Central Reserve Police Force in India-held Kashmire, which was claimed by the JeM.
