19 Taliban militants killed in coalition forces airstrikes: 203rd Thunder Corps
[KhaamaPress] At least 19 Talibs were killed in separate  s which were conducted by coalition forces in South-eastern parts of the country.The 203rd Thunder Corps in a statement said at least 5 Talibs were killed in an airstrike conducted in Syedabad district of Maidan Wardak province. The statement further added that the coalition forces carried out a similar airstrike in Qarabagh district of Ghazni province leaving 3 gunnies dead. Similar airstrike was also carried out in Zurmat district of Paktia province leaving 11 gunnies dead, the 203rd Thunder Corps added. The anti-government armed gunnies including Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... have not commented regarding the airstrikes so far. Both the Afghan and coalition forces have stepped counter-terrorism operations in the restive parts of the country to suppress the anti-government armed gunnies and force them to participate in peace talks.
