Taliban commanders among 14 militants killed, wounded in Special Forces operations in Farah
[KhaamaPress] At least 14 Talibs including two of their commanders were killed or maimed during the operations of the Afghan Special Forces in Western Farah province.The 207th Zafar Corps in a statement said the operations were conducted in Genehkan and Waraj Villages located in the outskirts of the quiet provincial capital of Farah. The statement further added that six turbans including one of their commanders Asad were killed in the operations and 8 others were maimed. According to 207th Zafar, one of the commanders of the group identified as Rahmat was critically maimed during the operations. The Afghan Special Forces also confiscated a radio communication set and a cycle of violence during the same operations, the 207th Zafar Corps added.
